Monthly rent is $300 for single-wide home sites and $310 for double-wide
home sites. Water, sewer, trash pickup, and curbside recycling
are provided free of charge as part of your rent payment.

Wellington Green is 1/2 mile west of I-65
and 5 miles north of downtown Louisville. We are off of Veteran's
Parkway exit behind the new Super Wal-Mart in Clarksville. Greentree
and RiverFalls Mall are 1/2 mile to the southwest, Lapping Park
and Wooded View Golf Course are directly behind Wellington Green
to the north. The town hall, and Police Department are right around
the corner.
