Wellington Green, the premier manufactured housing community in Southern Indiana, has 319 home sites.  Many of the home sites will accommodate multiple section homes, and all home sites will accommodate any new home length.

Location

Wellington Green is 1/2 mile west of I-65 and 5 miles north of downtown Louisville.  We are off of Veteran's Parkway exit behind the new Super Wal-Mart in Clarksville.  Greentree and RiverFalls Mall are 1/2 mile to the southwest, Lapping Park and Wooded View Golf Course are directly behind Wellington Green to the north.  The town hall, and Police Department are right around the corner.
